Refund Policy
Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect product been shipped. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person
An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent in writing to us at primariocosmetics@gmail.com within 48 hours of the receipt of the product in order for us to accept the request.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken. In all the refund cases, the unused products have to be sent back to us at the following address:
Primario cosmetics. Flat no 4, 2nd Floor, Shankar Smruti, ITI Road, Aundh, Pune – 411007.
On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. The refund amount shall be processed by us within 10 business days. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
Cancellation Policy
In case you wish to cancel your order please write to us at primariocosmetics@gmail.com . We will review your request and revert at the earliest.
Orders can be canceled either before it is dispatched/ shipped or within 3 hours of placing the order, whichever comes first. Additionally, partial cancellations or canceling individual items from the order after it has been placed is NOT permitted. Please note that we cannot accommodate order cancellations after delivery due to hygiene reasons.
In cases where the order has not been shipped, we can accommodate a cancellation and the refund amount shall be processed by us within 10 business days after the cancellation request has been reviewed and acknowledged.
ADVERSE EFFECTS FROM PRODUCTS: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW?
While Primario products prioritize safety, we recommend a Patch Test for sensitive skin or allergies before full application. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and promptly contact our customer care. Please adhere to product usage instructions to minimize any potential risks.
